| 摘 要: 民办本科高校是国家高等教育的重要组成部分，生源质量相对国办高校有一定差异，学生自主能力差， 学习热情不高，为培养具有社会竞争能力，符合企业要求的人才，需要良好的措施解决问题。文章提出一种专业导师 制的人才培养模式，具有一定的实效性，对民办本科高校的应用型人才培养具有指导和借鉴作用。 |

| Abstract: Private colleges and universities is an important part of the national higher education,quality of students relative state-run colleges and universities have certain difference,poor students' autonomous learning ability,learning enthusiasm is not high,for the cultivation of social competition ability,in line with the requirement of enterprise talent,the need for good measures to solve the problem.In this paper,a professional tutorial system of talent training mode,with a certain degree of effectiveness,is the guidance and reference in training of civilian run colleges and universities of applied talents. |
