| 摘 要: 近年来，电子垃圾数量骤增，同时引发了废旧电子处理方面的问题。相比传统处理方式，实行利民的网络 平台机制更加符合当前的社会生活方式。文章以废旧电子产品回收与交换为背景提出关于废旧电子产品网上信息平台的 构想，设计网上信息交互平台的实用功能并规划网上信息平台的开发，从而实现废旧电子产品处理的便捷性、高效性。 |

| Abstract: In recent years,the amount of e-waste has been increasing sharply,which has brought about many problems about how to deal with it.Compared with the traditional handling methods,the platform system online,which is of greater benefit to people,can be more suitable for the lifestyle of present society.Our essay,based on the e-waste recycling and exchanging,puts forward the outline,designs the practical functions and maps out the development about the e-waste information exchange platform online,so as to make the e-waste handling more convenient and efficient. |
